All our products are hand-embroidered and handmade, so slight variations may occur. We try our best to keep product details and prices accurate, but sometimes updates happen without prior notice.
Product availability may also change based on stock.
Section 4: Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. If there’s a pricing issue, we’ll contact you before shipping.
Section 5: Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery time and cost depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Once we dispatch your order, you’ll receive tracking details. We aim for fast delivery, but some delays may be out of our control.
Section 6: Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests only in case of damage caused from our side, and the request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, with barcode intact.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned.
Exchange is only possible if the required size/color is available.
Refunds will be done online only — no cash refunds.
