At Nishashree, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within the following guidelines:

 Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Products are eligible for return only in case of manufacturing defects or damages from our side.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with the barcode/tag intact and without signs of use.

• Sale items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges only if the requested size or color is available in stock.

• Exchange requests must also meet the conditions mentioned under the return policy.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed online to the original payment method within 48 hours.

• Cash refunds are not permitted under any condition.
